My Story
There was a time when I looked like I had it all together…
but inside, I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.
I was the one everyone could count on. The strong one. The reliable one.
The one who kept going… even when I was running on empty.
And for a while, I thought that was just who I had to be.
But the truth is..
I was carrying stress, pressure, and emotional weight that no one could see.
I didn’t know how to slow down without feeling guilty.
I didn’t know how to choose myself without feeling like I was letting others down.
And eventually… my mind and body asked me to stop. I was hospitalized for over a week because my mind and body was so desperately asking for a Reset but I chose to ignored all the signals.
That’s when everything started to shift. I began learning how to pause. How to breathe again.
How to create space for myself without guilt.
I realized that calm isn’t weakness…it’s power.
That protecting your energy isn’t selfish…it’s necessary.
And that you don’t have to live your life in survival mode. That i can put myself first and still live the life I desire.
Now, this is the work I do.
I help women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected
come back to themselves—gently, safely, and without pressure.
Because I know what it feels like to carry everything.
And I also know what it feels like to finally put it down.
This isn’t just coaching for me…
it’s personal.
