Client Responsibility:
The client is solely responsible for their well-being, decisions, and results; coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Often require 24 to 48 hours' notice for rescheduling/cancellation to avoid forfeiting the session fee. Packages usually require use within an agreed timeframe, and refunds for unused sessions may be subject to a small transaction fee.
